Professional Experience:
Ms. Shima has practiced in the area of worker's compensation and employment relation's law since 1988. She has been actively involved in all phases of worker's compensation claims managment, including hearings before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, trials before the Superior Courts, and advocacy before the appellate Courts of Washington.



Ms. Shima is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Chelan County Bar Association, and the Litigation section of the American Bar Association. She also is a member of the Washington Self Insurers Association.
