Education:
Ms. Reeve attended the University of Michigan and Albion College where she
obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. She attended Northwestern School of Law at
Lewis and Clark College and received her Juris Doctorate degree. She was an
Associate Editor of the Law Review.
Areas of Expertise:
Ms. Reeve has been representing Washington employers for more than 25 years. She
initially focused on representing self-insured employers in workers'
compensation law and now defends employers in all types of employment actions,
including discrimination, sexual harassment and wage violations. She also
assists executives with employment agreements and separation agreements. She
litigates cases before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, the Superior
Courts, federal courts and appellate courts. She has a great deal of courtroom
and practical experience over the last 25 years.
Professional Experience:
Ms. Reeve has presented many seminars and training programs in workers'
compensation and employment issues. Ms. Reeve has chaired the Legislative
Committee for Workers' Compensation for the Association of Washington Business
and the Washington Self-Insurers' Association. She has been selected as a "Super
Lawyer" by the readers of Washington Law and Politics for several years and was
awarded the Heavy Hitters' Award by the Association of Washington Business. She
is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Washington
Self-Insurers' Association. She is also a member of the Washington and Oregon
Bar Associations.
