Education:

Ms. Neale attended the University of Washington where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She attended Lewis and Clark College Law School and received her Juris Doctorate Degree.

Professional Experience:

Ms. Neale defends employers in workers’ compensation matters before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and the Superior Courts in the state of Washington. The employers include a wide range of both public and private employers such as cities, counties, school districts and retail companies. Prior to joining Reeve Shima, Ms. Neale was a felony trial attorney in the trial courts of the state with responsibility for briefing, arguing motions and conducting criminal trials in misdemeanor and felony trials. She also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Ronald Castleberry of Snohomish County Superior Court.

Professional Activities:

Ms. Neale is a member of the Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar. She is a member of the Washington Self-Insurers’ Association and Professionals in Workers’ Compensation.
