Our goal is to assist employers in developing and maintaining “constructive “
relationships with their employees. We work on ensuring a “healthy” employment
environment. However, we all know that lawsuits are inevitable in some
situations. We vigorously represent employers regularly in lawsuits brought in
state and federal courts.
We provide advice to a variety of employers in the Northwest, including school
districts, religious organizations, hospitals, manufacturers, small businesses,
the hospitality industry and service industries. We also represent individual
